Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning "40-Gallon Gas Water Heater Sweepstakes" Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY
Age Requirement: Open to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Property Ownership: Entrants must own the property for which they are entering.
Geographical Limitations: Property must be located within Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning's designated service area as specified on www.thejohnsonbros.com (Greater Boston and the South Shore).
Employee Exclusions: Employees of Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same households of each are not eligible to enter or win.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
Start Date: November 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
End Date: April 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST.
Early Termination: Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning reserves the right to end or cancel the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Limit: One (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
No Other Entry Methods: Mail-in entries or entries through any other platforms are not accepted.
No Purchase Necessary: Participation is free, and no purchase or payment is required.

4. PRIZE DETAILS
Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive a 40-gallon gas water heater with professional installation.
Specifications: Specific brand and model are not predetermined and will be selected by Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning.
Installation Included: Professional installation services are included.
Expenses Covered: All standard expenses, including permits, taxes, and fees, are covered.
Excluded Costs: Any upgrades, modifications, or additional work required to install the unit are not covered and are the responsibility of the winner.
Accessibility Requirement: The existing water heater location must be easily accessible and unobstructed.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2200.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Selection Process: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Drawing Date: The random drawing will take place on May 1, 2025.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing.
Response Timeframe: The potential winner must respond within sixty (60) days of the notification date to claim the prize.
Verification: The potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Alternate Winner: If the potential winner does not meet eligibility criteria, is unresponsive, or fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

6. PRIZE CLAIM
Claim Period: The winner must schedule the installation within sixty (60) days of accepting the prize.
Forfeiture: Failure to claim or schedule the prize within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
No Substitutions: Prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be made except at the sponsor's discretion.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Right to Cancel or Modify: Johnson Bros. Plumbing & Drain Cleaning reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes.
