Drain camera inspection

When should I get my drain lines camera inspected?

A drain camera is a highly specialized piece of equipment that will go through your main drain line or sewer system and visually inspect the inside of the pipes.

A drain camera inspection is crucial to diagnosing any recurring plumbing problems such as main drain back ups that happen more than twice a year or to locate a suspected crack or break in the drain line.

If you are looking into purchasing a property or just moved into one a drain inspection is a great service to get so you know the condition of the main drain line. If there is cracks or a breakage in the line it will give you timely notice before any major problems occur. A drain camera inspection is not preformed during a home inspection.

This is a tool that most plumbing and drain cleaning companies do not have at their disposal. Our full color drain camera can inspect and record all size drains from 1½"- 12" city sewer mains.

If we find a problem area, broken, cracked, or collapsed pipe in the course of our inspection our technician is able to pinpoint the location on the property and determine the depth of the pipe underground. This key feature allows us to give you the best price possible on a estimate to replace the broken or collapsed pipe and not over charge you for digging equipment that may not be needed.
