Safety and privacy

Public read, quote, and availability tools require no account.
Booking begins only with customer consent and finishes only with the SMS code sent to that customer.
The public connector exposes no customer history or internal CRM operations.
Quotes are non-binding, and MCP is not monitored emergency dispatch.
