I just had a plumbing emergency - fast leaking hot water tank - and after calling a couple of plumbers that had AI answering systems (that were basically nonsensical) I was so relieved to get through to human being - Nate. He calmly and kindly talked me through turning off the water and draining the tank to prevent flooding and set me up with a first available appointment for a replacement - just a day or two later. They did this today exactly at the time they said and now we have hot water back!

I have had several jobs done by Nate. He is very knowledgeable and does great work. I had an emergency situation with a pipe, Nate got here fast and had things sorted in no time. 5 stars.

He completed a toilet reset, repaired the toilet flange, replaced the wax ring, properly leveled the toilet, fixed my bathroom tub spout, and addressed an issue with my kitchen sink support. He took the time to explain the work, answer my questions, and ensure everything was done correctly rather than rushing through the job. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and commitment to finding the root cause of the problems.

Came over within a day after I discovered a leak, Nate explained everything clearly, why the leak happened and what I can do to prevent it and gave me peace of mind that it's not a leak that caused significant damage. A few years ago I also needed to replace my hot water tank, had a new one by Monday (tank failed Saturday morning). Got it up tight stairs and into a tight spot no issue!

Nate of Johnson Brothers came on very short notice to resolve a problem disconnecting water feed to a refrigerator to be replaced. He noticed a couple of additional matters that might need to be addressed - no pressure, just a good heads up.
