The Vitodens platform runs on an Inox-Radial stainless steel heat exchanger that Viessmann manufactures in-house — that’s the component that drives the long service life. On the premium Vitodens 200-W, the MatriX cylinder burner paired with Lambda Pro Plus combustion control modulates combustion based on actual flue conditions. In practical terms: smoother part-load operation, fewer short cycles, quieter running, and efficiency that holds up across a real Boston winter.

What We Do With Your Viessmann
Boiler replacement or first-time install — we size the unit for your actual heat load (not a rule-of-thumb), run proper gas and concentric venting, add a primary/secondary piping arrangement where the system calls for it, pair with an indirect water heater for heavy-DHW homes, pull the permit, and commission with combustion analysis.
Fault codes, intermittent lockouts, no hot water, uneven heat — we read Viessmann diagnostics, run combustion analysis, and find the root cause. Board, ignition, flame rod, sensors, 3-way valve, plate exchanger, pumps — we replace what’s actually failed, not everything we can bill for.
Every year: inspect and clean the heat exchanger and burner, check flame rod and ignition, verify combustion with an analyzer, check system pressure and expansion, sample system water chemistry. Included in the Family Plan with priority scheduling.
Original installer gone or not servicing Viessmann anymore? Bring us the model number and we’ll pick up where they left off — commissioning check, correct any venting or gas sizing issues, get you on an annual maintenance schedule.
